Ball Raced Block, Small – 10 mm Sheave

Compact, lightweight and exceptionally free-running, the Ball Raced Block is designed and manufactured by SAILSetc for applications where low friction and minimal weight are essential. Featuring an 10 mm ball-raced sheave, this block is ideally suited to lines up to 1.0 mm diameter, providing smooth and reliable operation under load.

The versatile design allows the block to be deck mounted using screws, attached with a shackle, or secured using Dyneema loops, making it suitable for a wide range of rigging and control line applications. Its compact size makes it an excellent choice for IOM and larger boats, particularly for main winch loop systems and fine control line arrangements.

Rigging screw - M2.5. Single end design, nickel plated brass, M2.5 thread, self locking design, 1.2 mm Ø stainless steel wire. This self locking rigging screw can be used in a NON SELF LOCKING mode by removing the O ring. Add a normal M2.5 nut or a Nyloc self locking nut as preferred to provide the lock nut function.

Elastic Sheeting Cord (1m)

High-quality elastic sheeting cord suitable for DF65, DF95 and IOM boats. Ideal for replacing worn or stretched deck elastics, providing consistent tension and reliable performance on the water.

Sold as a 1 metre length, ready to cut and fit to your preferred setup.

The Sheet/Forestay Attachment is specifically designed for 10mm or 11mm round booms and is ideal for high-load applications such as sheet and forestay attachment points. Made from stainless steel, it features a 3.3mm Ø hole, perfect for use with a Zed Hook (Ref. 87Z). The attachment is carefully engineered to handle significant stress while ensuring smooth operation.

The hole is mechanically de-burred and tumbled to eliminate any rough edges, preventing damage to the sheet as it passes through. Its profile shape is designed to minimize the risk of snagging lines, offering a reliable and efficient solution for your rigging needs.

For applications with lower loads, consider using the lighter and more economical Boom Band with Eye (048-11x) equivalent for a more cost-effective alternative.
