Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full prior to dispatch of goods.
Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free, complete, or current. Product colours and appearance may vary slightly from images shown.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Shipping
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of receiving payment, and we always aim to process them sooner wherever possible.
All shipments are sent via Australia Post (or preferred shipping providers), with tracking provided for most orders. Standard deliveries are made without a signature upon receipt.
If you require a signature on delivery, this can be arranged at an additional cost—please contact us prior to placing your order to organise this option.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided so you can monitor your delivery online where applicable.
Returns
Returns are accepted on items that are unused and in their original condition and packaging; however, a restocking fee may apply.
Please contact us prior to returning any item so we can provide approval and return instructions.
Items that are faulty or not operating as intended will be managed in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If your item arrives damaged in transit, please notify us as soon as possible with full details, including photographs of the item and packaging, so that we can assess and, where applicable, lodge a claim with the shipping provider.
Please note that shipments are sent uninsured by default. Shipping insurance can be arranged at an additional cost—please contact us prior to purchase if you would like to add insurance to your order.
