Shipping
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of receiving payment, and we always aim to process them sooner wherever possible.
All shipments are sent via Australia Post (or preferred shipping providers), with tracking provided for most orders. Standard deliveries are made without a signature upon receipt.
If you require a signature on delivery, this can be arranged at an additional cost—please contact us prior to placing your order to organise this option.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided so you can monitor your delivery online where applicable.
Returns
Returns are accepted on items that are unused and in their original condition and packaging; however, a restocking fee may apply.
Please contact us prior to returning any item so we can provide approval and return instructions.
Items that are faulty or not operating as intended will be managed in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.
If your item arrives damaged in transit, please notify us as soon as possible with full details, including photographs of the item and packaging, so that we can assess and, where applicable, lodge a claim with the shipping provider.
Please note that shipments are sent uninsured by default. Shipping insurance can be arranged at an additional cost—please contact us prior to purchase if you would like to add insurance to your order.
